Shipping & delivery

How long is your delivery time?

We prioritize fast delivery to our customers. We usually deliver within 1-3 working days within Sweden. We always try to process your order the same day.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your package is sent from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your order and see when it arrives at your address. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

What shipping option do you have?

Within Sweden, we send shipments with PostNord, Instabox and Budbee. Possible options for your address are shown at checkout. Shipments outside Sweden within the EU are sent with DPD and Budbee. Shipments outside the EU are sent with UPS.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping from SEK 1,000 on orders within Sweden.

Returns & byte

How do I make a return?

If you need to make a change of size or a return, click on the link below to register your return or exchange. Please note that you can only change the size, not change to a new product or color. When you have filled in all the information, you will be given the option to print a return shipping slip. Returns and exchanges are paid for directly in the returns portal. When you have printed out your return shipping slip, tape the package together and hand it in to the nearest post office. If you have any questions, please email support@zaczess.com. How are refunds made on returns?

If you have paid by card or direct payment, the money will be deposited within 2-3 banking days after we have processed your return. The money is deposited into the same card/account you used for the purchase. If you selected Klarna invoice, your invoice will be adjusted. Don't forget to report your return to Klarna so you avoid a possible reminder fee. It may take up to a week for your return to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse.

How much does it cost to make a return?

The return fee is SEK 59 for returns within Sweden, which you pay for directly in the return portal.

How do I make a change?

Where is my order confirmation?

An order confirmation is always sent within 24 hours. The order confirmation sometimes has a tendency to end up in the junk mail, so look there as well. In case of problems, you are welcome to email support@zaczess.com

Can I change my order once it has been completed?

If your shipment is not packed in our warehouse, we can help you change your order. Email support@zaczess.com for further assistance.

I accidentally wrote the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

Be careful when filling in your details. If you need help with changes, please email support@zaczess.com.

My order is not going through, can you help me?

Can I buy ZacZess products in stores?

ZacZess only sells its exclusive products through our website. We are only available online and are always open!

Our products

Are all your breeches made of stretchy material?

Yes, of course! All of our riding clothes are made in soft four-way stretch that allows you to move freely all day.

What size are your breeches?

Our breeches are normal in size. We generally recommend that if you choose between two sizes, you should take the smaller one. This is because all breeches are sewn in four-way stretch and follow the body well.

How are your shirts sized?

Our shirts are normal in size. In general, most of our sweaters are sewn in a slimfit model, and we therefore recommend that you take a size larger if you like the sweater to sit more airily.

I'm choosing between two sizes, which one should I take?

On breeches, we recommend that you take the smaller size, while on jerseys, we recommend that you take the larger size.
