Purchase

A purchase agreement is concluded once the consumer receives an order confirmation from ZacZess. ZacZess has ownership of the products until payment is received. You need to be 18 years old to shop at ZacZess or have an approval from your guardian.

Delivery time
Products are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of order. If the delivery time changes, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and the customer then has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost. ZacZess reserves the right for stock items to be sold out before we have time to update the website, if this happens we will of course update the customer with a new estimated delivery time. The customer then has the opportunity to take back their order.

Prices
For orders within EU, VAT is included in the price. Orders outside of the EU, VAT is not included in the price. We are not responsible for eventual price adjustments, stock changes, and obvious writing errors, which include faulty prices, product descriptions, and information that an item is in stock. ZacZess has the right to correct these errors. In the event of a faulty price, ZacZess will contact the consumer and wait for approval before the order is completed.

Tull fees and taxes for countries outside of the EU
If an order is sent to a country outside of the EU there could eventually be import taxes and tull fees added to your order value, these fees are deducted when the order reaches its place of delivery. The VAT is based on the total order value, even if your order is on sale. ZacZess AB has no control over these fees as the fees are different depending on the country. Therefore, ZacZess can not predict the price of these fees beforehand. Contact your local tull office for more information.

USA: American tull rules implements a tull fee when an order is over 800USD/24h shipping from Sweden to USA. You can make one order for 800USD per day. Notice that the fees can vary on the different products and that prices are different.

Shipping prices

Free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK within Sweden with PostNord Mypack Collect. For orders from other countries, the shipping price is shown at checkout. 

Payment offers

ZacZess uses Klarna, Ideal, Swish, Apple Pay and cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay and Amex as payment methods. The payment methods you can choose from are displayed at checkout, and depend on your region.

Delayed orders

Delayed orders can happen without our control. If orders are delayed without our control we disclaim financial responsibility to the customer for the damage the delay has caused.

Return policy and open purchase

As a private individual, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have 30 days from receiving the goods to cancel your purchase. It is important that the item is returned in its original packaging and is unused and in new condition. Returns and exchanges cost SEK 59. 

When returning damaged goods, including but not limited to: lost labels, stains, hair or missing original packaging, ZacZess has the right to apply a reduction in value based on the degree of damage. The customer will receive a refund for the item minus the deduction decided upon.

Complaints

If you want to claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Please include your order number, a picture and a description of the fault to facilitate the process.

Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by email to support@zaczess.com

Refunds

Refunds are always sent to the same account used for the purchase

If you don’t pick up your parcel

If your parcel arrives at a delivery point, you will be notified by email or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and email address you have provided are correct. If you do not collect your parcel, you will be charged a fee as set out below. Special order items will be charged the full value plus shipping and return shipping.

Within Sweden: 200 SEK

Within the EU: EUR 20

Outside the EU: 20 USD

To make sure you don't miss your delivery, stay tuned for tracking updates by email (including in spam), SMS and through the respective shipping company's app. It is your responsibility as a customer to pick up your package on time and to pay attention if you did not receive any tracking information after your order. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
