Fit guarantee

We offer a 30-day fit guarantee on all our products. This means that during this period you can try the product at home, and if you are not satisfied, you can return the product or exchange the size. To be able to return the product, it must be in new condition.

How to make a return or exchange:
Follow the steps below and use the returns portal to make your return/exchange and send your item back to ZacZess.

NOTE: ZacZess only accepts returns handled through the returns portal. Returns not processed through the returns portal will not be handled and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

How to make a return/exchange:

1. Click the returns portal in your language.

2. Enter your order number and the email address you used to shop. Having trouble finding your order number? Contact us at support@zaczess.com.

3. Select the products you want to return and state the reason for the return.

4. Choose whether you want to exchange the item or get a refund. If you want to exchange it, you will be taken to our exchange shop, where you can add the item you want to your cart.

5. Select a shipping method and complete the return. The return cost will be displayed before you complete it.

6. You will then receive an email with your shipping label or QR code.
PostNord: Print the shipping label yourself, or show the QR code at a PostNord service point and they will print it for you.

7. Pack your item(s) in a suitable package. For example, you can use the mailing bag your order was delivered in. If you reuse the original mailing bag for your return, cover or remove the previous barcode and shipping label. Seal the package carefully to ensure it stays intact throughout shipping. The product packaging must be returned with the product and must not be used as a shipping bag.

8. Drop off the package at your nearest PostNord service point within 14 days.

Returns/Exchanges

You can make both exchanges and returns through our returns portal. You can exchange your item for another size, color, or product directly in the exchange shop. If the new product costs more, you will pay the difference when you complete the exchange.

We will send you the new product once we have processed your package, provided it is in stock. You do not need to place a new order yourself. The invoice is not adjusted for exchanges and must be paid as usual.

Sweden: Exchange 29 SEK, return 52 SEK

Finland and the Netherlands: Exchange 5 EUR, return 10 EUR

Right of withdrawal

As a customer (individual consumer), you always have a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order from us. Gift cards have a 14-day return period.

Refund/Invoice adjustment

We will process your exchange/return within 10 business days of your package arriving at our facility. Once your return has been processed, it takes 1-3 business days for the refund to be issued.

The return cost is non-refundable.

Your invoice or payment will only be adjusted after we have processed your return. If your invoice is about to become due, we recommend paying it or contacting your payment service provider to pause the invoice. Please note that invoices are not adjusted for exchanges.

ZacZess is not responsible for any late fees or other costs incurred as a result of not paying the invoice on time.

Out of stock

We can only process exchanges for products that are in stock. If you request an exchange for an out-of-stock product, your request will be processed as a return.

Other information

- The product must be returned in its original packaging and be unused and in like-new condition.

- If the item is returned damaged or used, for example with missing tags, damaged/missing original packaging, stains, hair, or missing protective plastic, ZacZess has the right to apply a deduction in value based on the extent of the damage. This may be up to 100% of the product's value if ZacZess determines that the product is not in resalable condition. The consumer will receive a refund for the item minus the deduction.
