We offer a 30-day fit guarantee on all our products. This means that during this period you can try the product at home, and if you are not satisfied, you can return the product or exchange the size. To be able to return the product, it must be in new condition.

How to make a return or exchange:
Follow the steps below and use the returns portal to make your return/exchange and send your item back to ZacZess.

NOTE: ZacZess only accepts returns processed through the returns portal. Returns that are not completed through the returns portal will not be processed and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. (Applies to Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and Finland).
How to make a return/exchange:
1. Click on the returns portal for your country.
2. Enter your order number without the # sign (five digits only). Having trouble finding your order number? Contact us at support@zaczess.com.
3. Choose which products you want to return/exchange and state the reason for the return or the desired size for an exchange.
4. Choose a shipping method and pay the return cost.
5. You will then receive an email with your shipping label/return information.
6. Depending on the shipping carrier, the next step differs:
Postnord: Choose between printing the shipping label yourself or scanning the QR code at a service point for assistance with printing.
Budbee: Follow the information in the return information to book a locker and return the package. (No physical shipping label is used for this return method)
Instabox: Follow the instructions in the return information to book a locker and return the package. (No physical shipping label is used for this return method)
DPD/DHL/UPS: Print the shipping label and attach it to the package. Then drop off the package at any service point that handles the relevant shipping method.
7. Pack your item/items in a suitable package. For example, you can use the shipping bag in which your order was delivered. If the original shipping bag is used for the return, the previous barcode and shipping label must be covered or removed. Seal the package carefully to ensure it remains intact throughout shipping. The product packaging must be returned together with the product and may not be used as a shipping bag.
If you do not print and include the return form sent by email after the return shipping fee is paid, you must include a note with your order number and email address in the package.
8. Then drop off the package at the nearest service point or locker for the selected shipping carrier. If you need help finding out where this is, we recommend visiting the shipping carrier's website. Please note that for Instabox and Budbee, you need to book a locker through their app/website in order to drop off the package.
Return/Exchange
You can make both exchanges and returns through our returns portal.
Exchanges: Only size exchanges are possible. If you wish to exchange for another product, model, or color, you should order the new product and return the old product.
If you indicate in the returns portal that you wish to make an exchange, we will ship the new size to you when processing the package, provided it is in stock. You do not need to place a new order yourself. Invoices are not adjusted for exchanges and should be paid as usual.
Return cost
Available shipping methods are shown in the respective returns portal and can be paid for by card. If you are unable to pay by card, please contact us at support@zaczess.com .

Right of withdrawal
As a customer (private individual), you always have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive your order from us. Gift cards are subject to a 14-day period.
Refund/Invoice adjustment
We process your exchange/return within 10 business days of the package arriving at our facility. Once the return has been processed, the refund takes 1-3 business days to complete.
Shipping/return costs remain payable and will not be refunded.
For returns created by returning the package using the order's original shipping method rather than through the returns portal, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount during processing.
Your invoice or payment will only be adjusted after we have processed your return. If the invoice is about to fall due, we recommend that you pay it or contact the payment service provider to pause the invoice. Please note that the invoice is not adjusted when exchanging an item.
ZacZess is not responsible for any late payment fees or other costs incurred as a result of the invoice not being paid on time.
Out of stock
We can only process exchanges for products that are in stock. If you request an exchange for a product that is out of stock, or an exchange that is not approved (for example, an exchange for another model), your request will be handled as a return.
Other information
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and be unused and in new condition.
- If the item is returned damaged or used, for example with missing labels, damaged/missing original packaging, or with stains, hair, or missing protective film, ZacZess has the right to apply a reduction in value based on the extent of the damage. This may be up to 100% of the product's value if ZacZess deems the product not to be in resalable condition. The consumer will receive a refund for the item minus the deduction.

These are the best and most comfortable leggings I’ve ever worn!
They fit beautifully – snug in all the right places – and still look amazing even in a light color. While they don’t completely hide cellulite, the overall look and feel is so flattering that I honestly don’t mind. Highly recommend!
