Return and Exchange

If you need to make a change of size or a return, click on the link below to register your return or exchange. Please note that you can only change the size, not change to a new product or color. When you have filled in all the information, you will be given the option to print a return shipping slip. Returns and exchanges cost €10, which you pay for directly in the return portal.  If you have any questions, please email support@zaczess.com.

• Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius.
• Remove any mud/other dirt before washing.
• Wash with similar colors.
• Wash inside out.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Tumble dry on low heat only.
• Do not iron.
• Stain remover can be used before washing for grass stains on light-colored products.
• Exceptions to these general care instructions may be specified in the product description, and apply in addition to the above-mentioned care advice.
